RKVY-RAFTAAR (Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana - Remunerative Approaches for Agriculture and Allied Sector Rejuvenation)

Ministry of Agriculture's flagship scheme promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in agriculture through a nationwide network of RKVY Agri-Business Incubators, supporting agri-startups with grants and incubation. The scheme funds a nationwide network of R-ABI centres hosted at institutions like IIT-BHU, Pusa Krishi/IARI, and IIT Kanpur, each running its own orientation, mentoring, and incubation cycle before a startup becomes eligible for the ₹25 lakh seed-stage disbursal. The pre-seed component specifically requires completion of an agripreneurship orientation programme before an intern-founder can access the smaller ₹5 lakh grant.
