Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub

Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub gives early-stage startups up to USD 150,000 in Azure credits across tiered milestones (Ideate, Develop, Grow, Scale), plus Azure OpenAI Service access, GitHub Enterprise, Microsoft 365 and developer support. Approval is largely automated and does not require prior venture funding, making it highly accessible to bootstrapped founders. Founders Hub places applicants into one of four tiers — Ideate, Develop, Grow, or Scale — based on company maturity, and startups unlock progressively larger Azure credit allocations (from roughly $1,000 up to the $150,000 ceiling) as they hit milestones rather than receiving the full amount upfront; issued credits expire 12 months after allocation with no extensions. The program deliberately does not require prior venture funding or accelerator affiliation, distinguishing it from Microsoft's earlier BizSpark-style startup programs.
