MSINS scheme material lists a Women Startup Scheme with grant support from ₹1 lakh to ₹25 lakh. It targets women-led startups under Maharashtra’s startup policy framework. Formally known as the Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Women Startup Scheme, it requires the applicant to have at least 51% women ownership, be operational for a minimum of one year, and show turnover between ₹10 lakh and ₹1 crore before applying. It operates alongside MSInS's separate Women Entrepreneurship Cell, which offers acceleration, mentorship, incubation, and compliance support to the same founder segment.
