Madhya Pradesh Startup Seed Grant

MP Startup Portal and policy ecosystem provide seed/grant assistance for recognized startups. Public policy references indicate seed grant support up to ₹30 lakh. Madhya Pradesh backed this scheme with a dedicated ₹100 crore Seed Capital Fund announced at the state's Global Investors Summit, structured to disburse grants of up to ₹1 crore across a maximum of four phases as milestones are met, rather than as a single lump-sum payout. The scheme also includes a 15% match on a startup's first institutional investment round (capped at ₹15 lakh per instance, claimable up to four times for a lifetime cap of ₹60 lakh) and separate operational-expense support of up to ₹10 lakh per year for three years, with women entrepreneurs receiving an additional 20% top-up across these components. Anchor incubation support runs through MPSEDC-backed centres in Bhopal, Indore, Gwalior, and Jabalpur, which tend to specialize respectively in agri-tech, logistics, manufacturing, and clean-tech ventures.
