Provides up to ₹3 Lakhs to early-stage innovators and registered startups in Kerala to validate proof of concept. As KSUM's general-track Idea Grant (distinct from the BCDD grant reserved for OBC/OEC founders and the IEDC grant reserved for students), this ₹3 lakh ceiling is meant to fund the concept-to-prototype journey for any Kerala-based innovator, with company incorporation required only at the point of disbursal rather than at application. Applicants go through KSUM portal registration to obtain a Unique ID before pitching to the evaluation committee.
