Dedicated ELEVATE track providing up to ₹50 Lakhs to startups founded by entrepreneurs belonging to SC/ST communities. Unnati is ELEVATE's track for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe founders, and Karnataka's published scheme guidelines set a specific ownership bar: SC/ST director(s) or partner(s) must hold at least 70% equity in the company or firm, sustained through the full project duration, on top of the caste-certificate documentation this record already notes. As with Karnataka's other ELEVATE tracks, evaluation runs through pitch rounds and jury review before the ₹50 lakh grant is disbursed against agreed milestones.
