Karnataka's deep-tech focused grant program under ELEVATE, providing larger grants for deep-tech startups in AI, semiconductors, quantum, robotics, and advanced materials. ELEVATE NXT is the deep-tech-specific arm of Karnataka's ELEVATE program, carrying a higher ceiling (up to ₹1 crore) than the ₹50 lakh General track because deep-tech ventures in AI, semiconductors, quantum computing, robotics and advanced materials typically require longer R&D runways and costlier prototyping before reaching market. Like the other ELEVATE tracks it is administered by the Karnataka Innovation and Technology Society and disbursed in milestone-linked tranches rather than upfront.
