Karnataka ELEVATE Grant-in-Aid Program

Karnataka's flagship grant program providing one-time seed grants to early-stage startups across the state, with no equity dilution. ELEVATE is Karnataka's flagship grant-in-aid program and runs four parallel tracks — General, Aspire (social impact), Shakti (women-led) and Unnati (SC/ST founders) — of which this is the General track, open to any early-stage startup meeting the incorporation and PoC/prototype criteria. Funding is released in two equal milestone-linked tranches: the first after a tripartite agreement is signed between the Karnataka Innovation and Technology Society, the assigned K-Tech innovation partner, and the startup, and the second after the first milestone is reviewed and approved.
