The Government of Karnataka provides non-dilutive grant-in-aid of up to ₹50 Lakhs to early-stage startups. The Shakti track is dedicated to women-led startups (51%+ equity). The Shakti track sits alongside ELEVATE's General, Aspire, and Unnati tracks and is reserved specifically for women-led startups, requiring a woman founder or group of women founders to hold at least 51% shareholding continuously through the funded project — a materially higher bar than simple co-founder status. Funding, like the other ELEVATE tracks, is released across screening, multi-city pitching, and a final jury round before disbursal in milestone-linked tranches via the assigned K-Tech innovation partner.
