Telangana Rural Entrepreneurship Challenge Fund

₹12.66 crore challenge fund launched by T-Hub, SERP, and WE Hub to support rural entrepreneurs, especially women and youth-led rural enterprises. The Challenge Fund is implemented under the National Rural Livelihoods Mission Incubator Programme, targeting 300 women and youth entrepreneurs drawn from Telangana's self-help-group (SHG) network as they transition from microfinance participation into formal, scalable enterprises. SERP runs the outreach across all 33 districts through its block-level institutional network, while T-Hub contributes mentorship and market access via its founder ecosystem and WE Hub supports women-led venture readiness; eligible sectors span manufacturing, food processing, agri-allied enterprises, services, and handicrafts, with support including enterprise diagnostics, sector-specific mentoring, and investment-readiness preparation rather than a flat cash grant alone.
