Startup Accelerators of MeitY for Product Innovation, Development and Growth

SAMRIDH supports software product startups through selected accelerators. It provides accelerator-led matching funding up to ₹40 lakh, generally with investor/accelerator co-investment. Since the scheme's launch in August 2021, MeitY has run it with a target of supporting around 300 software product startups against a ₹99 crore outlay, and progress reporting to date shows more than 370 startups accelerated with roughly ₹93.75 crore disbursed. Startups apply by responding to specific accelerator calls rather than a single central portal, so timing and eligibility nuances (sector focus, ticket size expectations, geographic preference) differ cohort to cohort. The DPIIT recognition flagged for this listing is used by accelerators as a baseline screen before technical and market diligence begins.
