MeitY accelerator program supporting software product startups with capital, mentorship, and market access, having supported 241+ startups with an outlay of ₹99 crore. SAMRIDH is jointly implemented by MeitY Startup Hub (MSH) and Digital India Corporation (DIC), which manage the accelerator empanelment process and the matching-fund disbursement rather than MeitY directly reviewing individual startup applications. Startups gain access to the scheme's capital and market-access support only after being selected into a specific accelerator's cohort, and the accelerator's own investor network largely determines whether the 1:1 private co-investment component materializes.
