Provides matching investment of up to ₹40 Lakhs to software product startups. The scheme partners with accelerators to provide mentorship, market access, and investment connections. SAMRIDH is run by MeitY Startup Hub (MSH) and Digital India Corporation through a network of empanelled accelerators — 43 of them spread across 16 states — each running a structured cohort that combines mentorship, investor introductions, and market-fit support alongside the matching capital. As of the program's most recent progress update, it has accelerated over 370 startups and disbursed roughly ₹93.75 crore, with 241 of those ventures going on to close funding rounds. Applicants join by getting selected into a specific accelerator's cohort rather than applying to MeitY directly, so the accelerator's own screening criteria and sector focus effectively gate entry to the matching grant.
