Provides matching support to IT/digital startups selected by existing and upcoming accelerators, aiming to help them scale and secure investment. It is accelerator-routed, not a direct grant. SAMRIDH channels its matching support (up to ₹40 lakh per startup) exclusively through empanelled accelerators rather than direct applications, and has to date disbursed roughly ₹93.75 crore across 373 supported startups, with 241 going on to secure the matching capital. The program also pays selected accelerators ₹2 lakh per startup to help cover cohort operating costs, and prioritizes health-tech, ed-tech, agri-tech, consumer-tech, fintech, SaaS, and sustainability ventures.
