I-WIN Women in Innovation Accelerator

I-WIN, run by ISBs i-Venture, is an accelerator dedicated to women founders. It offers structured, hands-on acceleration, mentoring and investor connections, typically on a modest programme fee plus a small success fee rather than upfront equity. I-WIN is ISB i-Venture's flagship six-month, sector-agnostic accelerator for women-led startups, requiring a woman founder or co-founder to hold at least 25% equity or an active decision-making role, with cohorts (the most recent running August 2025 to February 2026) culminating in an investor-facing Demo Day. Consistent with the modest programme fee this record notes, ISB charges selected startups INR 25,000 plus GST rather than taking upfront equity, and applicants are expected to already have a working MVP with some traction through users, revenue, pilots, or partnerships before applying.
