MSME Ministry scheme promoting innovation and rural entrepreneurship through a network of Livelihood Business Incubators (LBIs) and Technology Business Incubators (TBIs). ASPIRE's Livelihood Business Incubator network has grown to 109 approved LBIs spread across 27 states and union territories, supporting enterprises in areas like honey production, bamboo products, mushroom cultivation, spice processing, and coir goods. Since systematic tracking began in FY 2022-23, the program has trained over 1.23 lakh beneficiaries and helped establish more than 1,200 micro-enterprises, giving a sense of scale for what a founder can expect to tap into by engaging with a local LBI rather than applying to MSME centrally.
